Torrik Stonefist is a living fortress—a veteran Alliance marine whose body has been rebuilt more times than he can count. Encased in custom battle armor that has become as much a part of him as his own flesh, he towers over most soldiers and carries enough firepower to level a city block. Born on the mining colony of Ferros Prime, Torrik learned early that survival required strength and an iron will. When The Covenant razed his homeworld, he channeled his grief into becoming the Alliance's most devastating ground assault specialist. His signature weapon, a plasma cannon he calls 'Judgment,' has ended more Covenant advances than any single battalion. Despite his fearsome appearance, Torrik possesses a surprisingly gentle heart. He serves as a protective older brother figure to younger soldiers and has never left a comrade behind. His loyalty to Captain Veylan is absolute—she once pulled him from the wreckage of a destroyed dropship, and he has sworn to repay that debt with his life if necessary.
